Boston MSA Average Home Prices Increasing 1.74% Through February 2014

-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Pricing Nation Econometrics forecasts that the average home value in the Boston Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) will increase by 1.74% through the next twelve months. Some of the drivers of local change include average weekly wages and homeowner vacancies.  While there is a decline in supply (52.4% decrease in vacancies from Q3 to Q4 2012), there is not much improvement in the average weekly earnings (0.42% increase from Q3 to Q4 2012), which suppresses growth.
